Through the window of Amer fort India.
All photo credits to this little one here. They are so fast and so small, I could have never taken this shot if she did not show up full 3-4 seconds in a clean area. I hope you guys like it, in my opinion this is the best bird short I’ve taken so far 🙂
During my visit to Karlsruhe zoo, I met this little guy. I whistled at him and he whistled back. This went on for a while, amusing the children who came for the zoo visit. Does anyone know which bird is it? It was in the “exotic” section, so probably not a German/European species? Please comment if you know.
The dichotomy between single-tone life’s flat tone and explorer life’s self-mutating octave! How do I often get caught in the transition in between, I wonder. May be I’m just a living paradox of incompatible philosophies. Someone who longs for shore when in sea and longs for sea when ashore. Too human. Sometimes I curse my species for developing cognitive ability, I wish I was a mutant without it. Capable of “Monkey see, monkey do”! :-/
